Delta River Tower
Twenty-seven storeys over four basement levels on the Saigon River: a banking hall at ground level, more than twenty floors of Grade A offices glazed on every elevation, and apartments on the upper floors with their own lobby, lifts and parking. The office floors are full-height glass to the river on all sides, so the aluminium carrying them is visible from inside every tenancy rather than hidden behind a spandrel.
