Factory-glazed unit with a split mullion and dual air seals. Each production run is water-tested at 720 Pa before it leaves the plant.
Facade work is where tolerance stops being a number on a drawing.
Units are assembled and water-tested in the factory, then shipped glazed, so the site crew hangs a finished bay instead of building one at height.
