Where the extrusions end up

The same billet becomes a curtain wall mullion, a desk leg or a battery tray, depending on the die it is pushed through, the finish it is given and the fabrication that follows. These are the jobs our profiles are drawn for.

Unitised curtain walling

Mullions and transoms in 6063-T6, thermally broken with polyamide strips and powder coated before the units are glazed.

Rainscreen cladding

Honeycomb panels bonded to 1 mm skins, cut to size and folded into cassettes for concealed-fix carrier systems.

Solar shading

Aerofoil and box louvres up to 4 m long, anodised to 20 microns for coastal sites where a powder coat would chalk.

Windows and doors

Casement, sliding and lift-and-slide frames, with the hardware channels and drainage slots machined before despatch.

Balustrades

Base channels and top rails for structural glass, supplied mill finish or in a wood grain to match the joinery beside them.

All colors

Every profile leaves the plant finished. Anodising and powder coating run on our own lines in Binh Duong, so colour is a production step rather than a subcontract, and a repeat order two years later still matches.
